A fantastic space with lots of quirky features and personal touches. It was almost too difficult to tear ourselves away from the apartment. Situated in a really cool area of Barcelona and very central, what more can you want with everything right there on your doorstep. Yes, it’s a little lively at night, but what more do you expect from an apartment in the centre of town? It’s no more noisier than staying in a hotel off Las Ramblas strip, and I know which place I would prefer. I will most definitely be returning to stay again, thank you Aleluyabarcelona! It’s a cool place. Comfy bed. Intimate and cozy. We liked it very much and recommend it highly. I lived in Barcelona for two years and I know this is the best part of town to stay. The apartment is right in the heart of it.
It is, for srue, a small one room apartment. But it’s obvious that these guys are an architects, cause the 22 m2 was perfectly made with both toilet, bath, kitchen, small dining table and bed without it being too claustrophobic. That was the only thing to be cautious about. The rest is all positive. The room is very nice and beautifully made and everything work well. But. The most wicked thing about this apartment is its location. It’s in the coolest small El Born-square Placeta de Montcada, which is one of the best locations in town. El Born is very nice. Beautiful as the Gothic area but much more local vibe and less tourists. And then it’s close to the fantastic church Santa Maria del Mar, in walking distance from the sea and some of the best local restaurants the city can offer. Try Cal Pep (one of the best meals I’ve ever had – and very cheap too). However, El Born is not why this apartment is spectacular. It is the vertical location that is crazy. The apartment is on the 6th (or 7th) floor at the very top of a beautiful gothic staircase, and with no buildings in the surroundings that a as high up as this one, it gives the room a 360¤ view of the city. It literally feels as if your in a tower, glacing down on the city below. AND theres a private roof terrace on top of the room, where you will have the most amazing mornings eating breakfast in the sun with views to sea, mounatin, La Sagarda Familia and every other sight in city. And in the night drinking champagne with a view to the night lights. It takes your breath away. I’v lived in Barcelona for a year at several locations, and for a short stay, this view and location is the most wicked thing I’ve seen in the city. Absolutely recommendable for a romantic stay. Or a solo stay. Aleluyabarcelona was a very nice host.
We stayed in the studio apartment in Born for 5 days in November. The apartment was clean and the location was good. When we checked in, they told us the heat was broken, but later we found out, it was working. Otherwise, the office was generally easy to work with.
We rented the “Stylish Studio” in Borne for a week in September. Great location, free wireless internetaccess and fast and good internet-communication with the host before booking was why we chose this apartment. And we didnt regret! The apartment was original, cozy, spatious and clean. Comfy bed and a well equiped kitchen – the espresso maker was a big plus, and the fridge as well – the things we always miss when staying in a hotelroom. The apartment is located close to the metro, museums, great pubs, shops and restaurants. We traveled all over Barcelona, but our two favourite restaurants were just around the corner. In total: We would higly recommend this place, and we would stay at one of Aleluyabarcelona’s apartments again.
Aleluya’s people were helpful to us, and the apartment is in a fantastic location. It’s also decorated in an artistic way. We enjoyed the apartment and beautiful Barcelona.

Definitely recommend this. Awesome location, amazing view from the top of the building, friendly communicative host. The place is very small which we expected but it hardly bothered us since everything else was so incredible. Thank you Aleluya!
The apartment was beautiful and clean. We had no problem getting the keys. The location of the place is great. Super close to the Picasso museum, Passeig del Born (non touristy bar area), and the metro was only a hop away.
We were there in the winter and we’re a bit afraid of the cold but no problem. The studio has everything needed for a short stay and is very originally decorated The host is also perfectly helpful. It’s definitely a good place to stay!
Had such an amazing time. Aleluya kept wonderful communication during the entire planning time. We actually did not stay in this apartment – there was some double booking issues, so they offered another place for the same price that was larger. We met up at there work office and were personally escorted to the apartment. The location was amazing, the space beautiful and so cool. Very comfortable. Felt safe the entire time. Noise wasn’t so bad – but the street we stayed on was somewhat busy into the early mornings. Pretty much in walking distance to many sites, plenty of wonderful eateries. Next time we return to Barcelona (and there will be a next time) – we’ll be looking up Lucas again. Thanks for much for everything!!
I spent three nights with my boyfriend and sister. Barcelona is amazing. I would love to have spent more time there. The apartment was in the Gothic districts. Its kinda scary to walk around at night by yourself since you can easily get lost but its feels like you’re in the Med Evil time. I loved it. Great Location. Walking distance from shops and cafe. Make sure to check out the corner pubs since we didn’t get to do this. It was a large one bedroom enough room for 3 comfortably. Sofa was comfortable. There isn’t a view from the room but you’re not going to be there much anyways. The toilet is separate from the shower. Overall we had a great time and the apartment was comfortable.
Aleluya’s place rocks! The location is great…it’s located in the hustle and bustle of the old city, yet the studio itself is insulated from all the noise. I enjoyed the 360 view of the city and Lucas was so great to work with. i would highly recommend staying at one of their properties.
I highly recommend this very cute space centrally located in the heart of the Barri Gotic. Aleluya people were incredibly helpful and communicative. We shopped in a beautiful Boqueria market and cooked almost daily. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely return!
