The apartment:
This recently refurbished apartment of 46 m2 is located in a quite street in the Grácia district of Barcelona. It is spacious and very sunny. It's big windows oriented to the southwest, look upon an enormous patio, providing for a luminous and quite setting. It is situated on the 3d floor of this nicely restorated building and you can access through  an elevator.

Ideal for a family or group of four, since it has a double bed, and 2 bunk beds in a separate bedroom. The main bed is not entirely separated in order to provide you with a more comfortable and sunny stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a beautiful granite worktop. The solid wooden floor adds to your comfort.
Of course there is an exclusive bathroom with a bathtub.

The 7/Gracia apartment is ideal for the traveler who wants to escape noisy downtown and discover the "real" life of Barcelona in the cafe's and bars where all the locals preffer to go.
It is however just 2 blocks away from metro station Fontana .

Gràcia, district of narrow streets and small squares, was united to Barcelona in 1897. Gràcia is one of the most popular districts of Barcelona.
