The apartment:
This very quite flat of 45 m2 is located in a small street in the Gothic district of Barcelona (old city) just between Pl. Catalunya and Pl. Urquinaona. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a dinning table & 4 chairs. The best part is the exclusive patio. From the kitchen one can access this big patio (4X4m aprox.) where you can enjoy the sunny days of Spain. It is however very quite and calm, because it is the interior patio of the building. The apartment has recently renovated kitchen and bathroom (with shower).
It has it's own exclusive terrace. There is a full set of wooden furniture for you to enjoy Barcelona's amazing weather. And please, don't forget to take care of the nice plants & flowers! The “Plaça Catalunya” and the famous “Ramblas” street are just at few meters from the apartment with the “Boqueria” market and the “Liceu” Theater, just a few minutes away.
