This charming flat of 38 m2 is located on a private street in the Gothic district of Barcelona (old city) just between the Ramblas and the Cathedral. It's layout is one open space divided in: cooking area, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area with a dinning table & 4 chairs and a sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom area is separated with a curtain. There is also an exclusive bathroom with bathtub.

Special care has been taken when we renovated this apartment.
It has two large glass pane doors, one for each balcony, overlooking the quite private street. The floor has been conserved and the original terracotta tiles dating back to 1820, give it a rare and special look. We have also conserved an original 60's wallpaper, one you can hardly find nowadays.

Large mirrors with antique frames and original art complete the decoration of this lovely apartment.
