The Sunny Arcs apartment
This amazing sun bathed apartment is located on the third floor of a historical renovated building, overlooking the roman and gothic ruins of Carrer del Coreu Vell, just behind Barcelona’s historical central Post Office building. Extremely quite, situated in an exclusively pedestrian part of the old city center, it has a magnificent view as you can see from the pictures below
It has one sunny bedroom and a big living room. The kitchen is spacious and is separated from the dinning room and the rest of the apartment. The latter is bathed in sunlight and is very fresh since it has to tall window doors, the best way to start your day in Barcelona is to have breakfast in the luminous dinning room. Another amazing luxury the walk in closet adds to your comfort. Overall it is very well organized, so you can have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is also very big and has a full sized bathtub.

The surrounding area
The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is in the heart of the Gothic district where the most trendy shops and bars of Barcelona are located, as well as many other restaurants, pubs and cafes. It is exactly midway between “Las Ramblas” and “El Born” at one end of Plaça Sant Jaume. Barcelona’s famous cathedral is just a 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
