The apartment is located in the first floor of a 1850 building, very near to the Picasso Museum and the lovely “Paseo del Born”, in a lovely and very quiet pedestrian street.
In the facade, It has 4 big windows with balconies opening the space and creating a fresh and luminous atmosphere .
It’s very well organized for you to have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay: cooking area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning tables & lots of design chairs distributed in 2 big connected areas.
You have also free Internet connection, and a small office in a corner of the apartment if you are planning on a business trip.

The surrounding area
The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is in the heart of the Born district where the most trendy shops and bars of Barcelona are located, as well as many other restaurants, pubs and cafes. The “Santa Maria del Mar” and the famous “Passeo del born” street are just at few meter from the apartment. Barceloneta’s famous beaches are just 10minutes walking so you wont miss anything during the summer! The Gothic cathedral of Barcelona is also very close.
