This sun bathed apartment is located on the second floor of a historical renovated building, right next to calle Ferran where Barcelona’s town-hall is situated. It overlooks c/Avinyo one of the center’s most famous pedestrian streets. it is exactly there where Picasso painted his famous: Les Demoiselles d’Avignon
It has two bedrooms and a big living room. The kitchen is open to the living room and dinning table. The apartment is very luminous and overlooks c/avinyo, it is very well organized for you to have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. The bathroom has a shower.

The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is in the heart of the Gothic district where the most trendy shops and bars of Barcelona are located, as well as many other restaurants, pubs and cafes.
