The Gothic Soul Apartment

This sun bathed apartment is located on the second floor of a historical renovated building, right next to Plaça Sant Jaume where Barcelona’s town-hall is situated. It overlooks c/Ferran one of the centers most famous pedestrian streets.
It has one sunny bedroom and a big living room with a kitchen area and a double sofa bed. The apartment is very luminous and overlooks c/Ferran, it is very well organized for you to have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. The bathroom has a full sized bathtub.

The surrounding area

The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is in the heart of the Gothic district where the most famous stores of Barcelona are located, as well as many other shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. The “Plaça Catalunya” and the famous “Ramblas” street are just at few meters from the apartment with the “Boqueria” market and the “Liceu” Theater, just a few minutes away.
