This cozy luminous studio is located on the last (5th) floor in a magnificent historical building within 30m from the famous Santa Maria del Mar church.
It is the ideal place for your romantic escape in Barcelona. The surrounding area

The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is in the heart of the Born district where the most trendy shops and bars of Barcelona are located, as well as many other restaurants, pubs and cafes. The “Santa Maria del Mar” and the famous “Passeo del born” street are just at few meter from the apartment.
